Which restaurants are included?
We search across Zürich's major online reservation platforms, so our coverage matches what's bookable online. We don't cover restaurants that only take phone reservations, but that's a small and shrinking minority.
Can't I just ask ChatGPT instead?
ChatGPT can give you a list of restaurant names — it cannot tell you whether a table for 2 is actually open at 7:30 tonight. We're wired into live booking platforms (Lunchgate and Foratable), so every recommendation comes with a real availability check and a working booking link, not a name to copy-paste back into Google. We also remember your thread: reply "make it 4 people" or "Kreis 1 instead?" and the next answer adapts — no need to re-explain from scratch. We use AI too; the difference is what we've wired it into.
How quickly do I get a reply?
Usually within a few minutes. The agent runs automatically when your message arrives and searches availability in real time. Expect a reply before you've finished your coffee.
Do you only support English?
Yes — for now we parse requests in English only. We're built specifically for English-speaking expats in Zurich. German support may come later if there's demand.
What does "3 free requests/month" mean exactly?
One request = one thread (email or WhatsApp), including any follow-up exchanges within that thread. If you ask for Italian restaurants and we reply, you can refine within the same thread (e.g., "can you filter by Kreis 4?") without using another request. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I book directly from your reply?
Yes. Each restaurant card includes a direct booking link that takes you straight to the reservation form on the platform. We don't handle payments or confirmations — the platform does.
What if you find fewer than 5 restaurants?
We'll send whatever we found and let you know honestly how many options matched your criteria. You can reply to broaden the search — different neighbourhood, cuisine, or date.
Is my contact info stored or shared?
We store your email address or WhatsApp number to track your free request count and to send you replies. We don't sell or share your data. We comply with Swiss data protection law (nDSG). Reply "unsubscribe" at any time to delete your data.
How does billing work for the paid tier?
Right now, everything is free — we're in beta and focused on making the service genuinely useful.
When billing goes live (we'll email you first), the paid tier will be CHF 9/month.
Anyone who joins during beta locks in that rate permanently. We won't raise your price when we go public.
If you'd rather not pay when billing starts, you'll keep access to 3 requests per month on the free tier.
