We search across Zürich's major online reservation platforms, so our coverage matches what's bookable online. We don't cover restaurants that only take phone reservations, but that's a small and shrinking minority.

Yes — for now we parse requests in English only. We're built specifically for English-speaking expats in Zurich. German support may come later if there's demand.
One request = one email thread, including any follow-up exchanges within that thread. If you ask for Italian restaurants and we reply, you can refine within the same thread (e.g., "can you filter by Kreis 4?") without using another request. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
Yes. Each restaurant card includes a direct booking link that takes you straight to the reservation form on the platform. We don't handle payments or confirmations — the platform does.
We'll send whatever we found and let you know honestly how many options matched your criteria. You can reply to broaden the search — different neighbourhood, cuisine, or date.
We store your email address to track your free request count and to send you replies. We don't sell or share your data. We comply with Swiss data protection law (nDSG). Reply "unsubscribe" at any time to delete your data.
